ok i need to remind myself that i should still be in the diet phase.
the past few days i'm eating like i don't get filled up again.
i eat whatever i see in the fridge, whatever comes to mind,
and craving like a pregnant woman- only am not, i swear.
by this time i should be able to control myself and
having all these birthdays are not helping me focus!
maybe now is the best time to start a running habit.
just thinking about it makes me lazy.
a little inspiration surely helps.
